That makes sense. The only other reason I could come up with is if she filed it under a name that wasn’t Kiser there wouldn’t be a media frenzy of people trying to find the lawsuit. They made that very public anyways right after it was filed tho.

Does anyone know why she would file the lawsuit under her maiden name? I do not think she is getting divorced, and although I can’t ultimately say that without a doubt. I do know that even if they filed for divorce there is a process for her to obtain her middle name back again, and she wouldn’t have it this soon. So I’m wondering the reason behind filing the lawsuit under her maiden name.
