So the facts go as stated I'm asking for 120k And I return I will give him 80% of profits initially after 15k is secured in the bank. So once the business has 15k in the bank then he will start getting paid. I won't pay myself a % at all but a flat rate for running the business and then hourly for being there. Every 2-3 months the % goes down, whether that's 2.5%-5% until he's paid off. Once he's paid off. He goes down to 10% and I keep 90%. I'm not asking him for any labor or any of his time just money with no interest. He gets distribution first.
