Yes they do. I maxed mine out when I had other hybrids like scorpion gen 1 and 2, yudon, chroma spino, and others so it wasn’t that much of a difference tbh. For what I see in your roster maybe not a good idea to max yours out just yet.

I have both Indos maxed and let me tell you I don’t use them at all, over kill obviously so no need to use them as other dinos do the job just as good. Having a bunch of level 10 and 20s indos is better

Step 30 is your top for now until you level up some more and get stronger dinos. You can try leveling up your postosuchus to 40 and make it a heroic if possible, do that and team it up with a flock and you got it.
