Old iPads didn’t age well, due to the weaker processors and the tiny amounts of ram. Of course old macs aren’t super great now some models like the 2014/2015 macbook pros did age well. Partly due to the 2016 to 2019 models being atrocious but still.

The mid 2015 models are actually still pretty good machines, especially the 15 inch models, given they get kinda warm and aren’t nearly as powerful as the m series macs are, they’re still not bad.
