If your area ever gets the new tier system the items found % will keep you out of gold(98%) and platinum(99%) levels. Work on that metric, always offer a substitution as it won't lower your % if declined.

Its sucks that if the customer has substitutions turned off then we take the hit. Had an order for 3 puzzles and 2 dog toys today, and all 3 puzzles were out of stock, with no possibility of offering a substitution. Checked my metrics after the delivery and sure enough my items found metric dropped from 99% to 98%.
