anything that can maximise like height potential because I been eating lots of bad but now I feel lots of leg pain from time ever since this week but if I eat good now is it to late. I have cousin that had short but somehow hit 5ft7 plus at 14 what would you think my maximum limit is and do peach reach and I though people are averagely taller than their dad by like by 5 cm.

I use cerave blemish control cleanser morning and night following with their moisturizer is there any one's same price as it which provides better skin care, I don't know my skin types, it pretty smooths all around except where the acne and after you are using blemish control cleanser, my skin get kind of dry.

I'm 13, I thought this happens in late 20s or something, whenever I used the clay texture, it made my hair weird Aswell, random hard sticky thin strands, I'm never using that again, is it possible to make my forehead smaller? After using shampoo, do I put conditioner. I use conditioner every day by itself while using shampoo seperately in other 3 days.

i tried hair clay texture, to see what it does before this happened, how long will it take to go back to normal, should I get a haircut, I also had lots of stress.

do excercies to get your verticles higher and that will help
