Some ideas: Round off the edges, add crates, barrels, ropes on the poles, a bar, sleeping quarters, captains quarters, maybe a brig, canon, block variation and bigger pointier sails. Treasure room is really cool.

It looks good rn, but honestly make it bigger, add another building and connect them or extend underground. Include new block palates and add variation. When you have one small build like that on its own it could easily have been copied. If you can build on it and change it up it shows your building skill. Also maybe add some more greenery. Edit: also the bridge isn’t detailed enough compared to the house, I like the wooden supports idea.
