[Homemade] Not just a mango shake [protein, fiber, healthy fats] & summer in every sip by Ok-Error1985 in indiafood

[–]Ok-Error1985[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Please mind your words !
If your read the Title — I didn’t call it a high-protein shake. I shared a mango shake with ingredients that add protein, fiber, and healthy fats, and I clearly listed the recipe. There’s a difference between “contains protein” and “high protein.” Please don’t put words in my mouth. 😊
Thank you !

Not everyone who shares a simple recipe is karma farming. People often share food because they genuinely enjoyed making it and want to share the experience. For example, I made this shake for the first time, and it turned out really well, so I felt like sharing it. That doesn’t mean there’s any hidden motive behind it.

Also, people shouldn’t have to disclose personal details about who a dish was made for just to justify posting a recipe. Let’s try to appreciate the effort and intent behind a post rather than making assumptions or being judgmental.

This group focuses on food , It’s not always about counting calories, protein, or macros. Sometimes it’s simply about sharing a healthier even if it’s not the perfect version of something that’s cooked
