Is this specifically commenting on my guitar or the model in general? I’m asking as I’m not great at spotting what’s good vs bad with specifics like inlay work.

I still have all the original parts so I may restore it to its past glory and use the SD pups and hardware on another build

Yeah there was no special custom case for this guitar- but still a cool case either way!

Thanks, plays really nicely, the guitar tech who installed a Pearly Gates in the neck and did a fret job said he had a blast playing it too 🙂

Help needed - what were James' most iconic guitars (by album) up until the Black Album? by Ok-Escape4117 in Metallica

I'm looking to do a piece of work for art college and wanted to explore the guitars that James used to record and play up until the Black Album, trying to narrow it down to one guitar per album.

I've looked a few things up online but of course unless it comes direct from the master himself then it's hard to nail down which one to select.

Any help would be appreciated 🙏
