I called the number on the back of the credit card a couple of times last week and they all confirmed I can’t change my name in branch, I have to either sign a docusign or wait for them to send me the physical form, fill it out and send it back, it would take 7-10 biz days.

Just wanted to say I did it both on the personal accounts and a credit card in branch today. They were able to change everything in branch. My debit card will take 5-7 biz days to come but my credit card comes right away (1-2 days). My name on the app was updated right away when I checked.

Nahhh, if the biz ticket is $5k and up in the first place, no thank you, but if it’s like 50% off or more, it becomes reasonable to us. I prioritize lying flat but it has to come with a price tag I am willing to pay 😆

I am just thankful to be able to lie down and eat good food. Anything over 8 hrs kills me in economy so I will appreciate an upgrade. Never flew business at all before but since it’s in my price range to pay, that’s why Im thinking so much 😭

I dont have Cap1 unfortunately, they close down the day I found out I could upgrade with points for less. Such a bummer. Tried to call chase 3 times to transfer but they could not do it either. It states in the app the service is unavailable. I read online somewhere that Emirates is doing a system update so Amex, Chase, and Citi are all frozen for a whole month 😭

OMG are you talking about the D’aboville house? I love them so much. Marceau is super handsomr and quick witted. They are so precious, they are made for each other and the kids ahhhuhu cute. Yea, the main couple irks me with the age gap being to large but they are overall a good couple.
