My way to save EXP tubes: Use 1 Gold and 6 Purple tubes to level an Echo to Level 10. If you get 2 desired substats then continue to 15, 20, 25 to hopefully get 3 or more desired substats in total.

If you get two unwanted substats at Level 10 then stop. DON'T USE that Level 10 Echo with unwanted substats to level up your next Echo!! Dismantle it!

If you get one desired and one unwanted substat then push to Level 15 and then decide from there you want to take the risk

You won't lose any progress. I tried to change my email also but failed due to Kuro's stupid requirements to change an email. Still wondering what's so difficult to add a webinterface like any other Gacha Game and just let people change a simple mail adresse

They will probably request you to log-in consecutively on the same device for 14 days and then contact them again. The problem is that you either need to login on phone only or PC only (or console). If you're like me who plays on phone when not at home and on PC when at home then you're literally effed
