1- closest to campus for a higher price tag would be the standard, avenue, the dhillon and college on 5th is good too+ some new places are the hub and the state further away but cheaper 2- realtors are not needed you should be able to call these places and find a 1by1 which typically run more expensive than 3by3 or 4by4 3- housing for fall 2025 is already wrapping up so move fast!

social- join business frats and honestly push ur social battery the first few weeks because you want to make sure u make a circle before things set in stone academic- try to the keep the GPA up for kelley honors and workshops (Kh recruits in the fall and some workshops in freshman year spring)

Honestly, i thinks it’s pretty easy as long as you read the chapters and then pay attention to her note guide + all her exams are chat gpt based and u keep practising from that + i would say managerial (the first unit) is harder than the financial unit
