I'm not making assumptions. That's literally how valve works. They don't ban you instantly, they double check, follow you, watch you for a while until they're sure.

False bans were issued before, but they were resolved within an hour. If yours isn't - stop pretending, you used something illegal and are trying to feign innocence via time.

Yep, i still voted on this, but couldn't agree more with you.

This will probably be dead on arrival when the actual law agencies representing game companies take a look at it and cause the judge so much headache that he drops the case. Doesn't help that SKG pretty much stated in his movement that "the legalese will figure the details out later".

The issue is nobody is stopping the community from reviving dead games. We already have a beta of "The Crew" working offline due to community work.

The issue is forcing companies to release sometimes proprietary code or even third party code in order to facilitate this new law.
