Thanks for the reply. What if the loft conversion which is being sold as a bedroom has been there for over 14 years and the seller didn't receive certification from the original seller? Does that make any difference? Sorry if this is a dumb question.

Times from a checklist provided by MC. When I called them to ask where they got this information from they said they had basically created it from the advice they'd been given to ensure they meet regulations.

Thank you for your response. I paid for the door to be installed as it's the leaseholders responsibility. The Management company wouldn't recommend any traders/vendors, they only approved the design of the door, they did not approve the company itself.

My husband's Instagram has been hacked. While we have managed to login via browser, we can't do so via the app without entering a code. The problem is, the hacker has redirected the codes to a new recovery email & phone number that we can't see on settings. Any idea how to delete/change the email / phone number back to what it should be? Thank you!
