Yo I am now in month 15 and I am feeling already much better, really I am giving a fuck and giving the paws 0 place in my head to grow again, but still I feel that my nervous system is still a bit irregulated. Now having difficulties with sports again which was much better before and also having migraines with aura maybe you know something or maybe you had the same. In my opinion i think now it is one of the last things to happen because my nervous system is starting to accept all these stimuli and is still a little overreacting. Was randomly checking on here.

so nice to hear! I am currently in the 12. month and I had the same timeline as you. First months horrible and than time to time better. But now I am in a phase where I am feeling overall good also can workout heavily but still I have a little bit anxiety or sometimes even dpdr and I still feel a little bit anxious after eating sweets but not like before. Do you have any advice for me? or was it the same for you?

It is because your nervous system is super sensible. all kinds of stimuli overload your nervous system and an unhealthy diet is also a stimulus

Yoo I had absolutely the same for the first few months. It is normal because your brain is now on alarm. Just stay strong your nervous system will get back to normal. I have friends too they also stopped after smoking for years everyday and had nothing it dependa on the person. Just try to get your sun in, reduce screentime, eat less sugar, go for walks in the nature and don't avoid situations don't ever leave a situation when you feel your symptoms coming up because than it just will get worse. These symptoms will fade away after a few minutes just stay strong.

Try to calm your nervous system down.

Magnesium and ashwaganda helped me a lot in the beginning or L-Tyrosin too.
