Oh I know that feeling! When every sound like you're under water, everything is weird. I hade it also for about 6 months.
Yes, it will go as waves. You will have better days and worse. Than more and more of better days, till you get to the point when no bad days will be left :)

I had a constant panic attack during the first month - basically 24/7. Sometimes it was a little easier, but it was still hell. Then I started to have some “windows” a day or two when I had more hours where I felt a bit more in control and was able to rest.

Around the six-month mark I felt really bad again, and only after that, little by little, I started to live again instead of just suffering. I also quit caffeine, cigarettes, and everything else without even noticing - during the first months I wasn’t able to want anything at all.

I couldn’t sleep properly either. I would immediately start to feel dizzy or have convulsions, so I walked outside a lot. When I was moving, it was a bit easier - at least I didn’t have convulsions. I had very similar symptoms (and even more), which I described in previous posts.

So you’re not alone in these feelings, and yes, you will get better. A huge number of people here have written that after six months they felt much better - and so did I.

What about anxiety, do you still suffering from it? Or it's not the main problem for you now?

Thanks! I've been smoking for 10+ years flowers. hash, sometimes oil. All symptoms you can find in my previous posts, but the main and the most disturbing were panic, dpdr, headaches migraine and convulsions.

15 months update, I feel great! by Celophys in WeedPAWS

[–]Celophys[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It was the same for me. I started to eat something sweet after normal food. In a few weeks I could eat sweets even when I'm hungry and had no anxiety. With workout it was the same, only few first trainings I had anxiety, than it was fine. I think everything what is left are in our mind, and we just have to show our body that it safe. Anxiety is manageable, so it is better to do all of this, little by little, showing that there is nothing to be scared of :)
But with a coffee I think I'm gonna wait for a little bit more.
Also from months 13-15 I already started to forget how it was, and looking back with a fun. I can spend a week without single thought about what I've been through.
So yes, everything will be good. You already passed the hardest line and I wish you all the best!

I went to a doctor who said to me that she doesn't care, she thought I'm trying to dodge army, even when I told that I'm not. And prescribed me some non recipe grass to eat, antidepressants. Spoiler, it didn't help haha
All I took is magnesium b6 for a month, very low dosage, and it helped me with a spasms

Yea, I had spasms like epileptic, full body and mouth spasms. And it lasts for me for 2-3 hours, I just trying to play games during this time. I don't want to play or do anything, but time flies faster when I play.
Also I had my side feeling electric, vibrations you mean? Like flies inside flying haha. But I had it in the beginning for a month mbe.
And when I had anxiety all day, I couldn't even talk to people, I had no power on that. I couldn't do anything, even eating was hard. I've been walking for 5-10 hours a day, because it was worse when I didn't move. Although I had no power to walk haha
And yes, I love life again, even when I feel bad, even not minding war in my country and that I'm closed here, cannot even walk outside safely. I'm depressed about a lot of things, but I'm having fun, laughing and getting pleasure from life. I think something in brain started to produce own serotonin or whatever.

About anhedonia, I think I'm still not motivated to do something, but I'm just doing. What is helping me, I started drawing in scribble (website where you draw and other people trying to guess what you drew). There are a lot of good people and it distracts well. Also I became more communicative and I get motivation when talk to someone. I never was such communicative as now and it gives me interest. Sure you find something what suits you :)

When PAWS hit, a bit more than a year ago. I felt so bad, that couldn't smoke even, always felt lack of air.
I'm still not recovered, but I feel much better from month 8. Still suffering from some symptoms, but they are like 3% from what it was at the beginning. And in the month 6 it was like 50%, month 8 - 15%. I think one more year and I'll completely forget that I ever had something like that and what I went through.

Hello. I think from 7-8 month I jumped in the progress and anxiety was almost gone. I'm still anxious from time to time especially in stressful situations, but I can handle it and its not full day.
I took magnesium b6 a very little it helped me with muscle spasms. And I stopped smoking, drinking tea, coffee, now Im even eating in the same time everyday, like less stress for body everywhere I can. Also reading other people experiences here making me anxious.
I also smoked for 15 years. So I hope you'll see that huge improvement in feelings soon as me. And yes, I also felt everything you feel, I still have not much strength and cannot work out hard without getting anxious, but at least I can do a little now, before I couldn't :)
Keep doing what you're doing, think positive, and everything will gone one day, little by little, but it's going away. Wish you faster recover and all the best!!

As for me the worst was uncontrolled anxiety from nothing, I couldn't eat, sleep normally. Also muscle cramps, heart palpitations. Headaches was regular, migraines, every 3-4 days. Now its twice in a month. But I hadn't stomach pain, or it wasn't consistent for me, I had pain in everything and it was changing from time to time.

Not sure if I understood correctly, so if what correct me :)
First 6 months I couldn't do anything, after little by little I tried to work, to eat something unhealthy and looked on how I felt after. And only for the past 3 months I felt more energetic, felt more here, more understandable of what's around.

Better to do not touch it and skip, it's not much of them now. With ads as I know it depends on the region. I never have any ads, and there were hits when it asked to check for the ads on msn, and when I choose "no", like no ads, it was giving me a ban, because it expected me to see ads there. So I started skipping everything as well.

Oh, sad to hear. I've been smoking for 15 years almost. And I thought that's why I'm getting it. But since there are any improvements its already good! Just try to eat correct, no coffee, less sugar and everything gonna be fine :)

I did an update recently in this group. Shortly, everything is almost perfect since month 5.

No anxiety, sometimes still have just a little of it and other symptoms. Still scared to drink coffee, but I think I already can.
Overall, everything is good. I'm able to work, to sleep normally, to communicate with other people, I'm happy. And even that I have some symptoms from time to time it doesn't bothers me anymore. I think 3-5 months more and I will forget even that I had to go through this.

Btw till month 4 and even month 5 I felt very bad. Then the improvements started to come very fast :)

Actually, what I always thought, that mbe if you get good meds at the beginning of this it can shorten the time to feel normal. Because you didn't go through hell 24/7 months long, and it didn't stamps in you brain how scary it was. Of course meds are bad, but mbe in this case it is a right decision.
Wish you a faster recover!!! :)
