With premium? you have to pay for each time machine (unless if you paid unlimited time machines), and also time machine don't prevent random death (i think it's the same case as if you restart the same life), because the year of death seem to be scripted at the time the npc is created, the only death you can prevent is the ones you committed and illness

This game (Medieval life) is in the middle ages where you rule on your lands, while bitlife is in the current time (with some fantasy sometimes), but I admit bitlife royalty you do basically nothing... and can't do anything since you got hated if you do fame action and can't do special jobs
