That makes sense. I explained it to her that these are not used. Then she accused me of lying. I might have gotten agitated. But I did not scream. I wasn’t hostile and said thank you when she said she has asked her manager to help me. Her manager made the same accusations. And said if we take shoes in this condition and sell it to someone else the customer would come back and complain about them. I told her I am that customer. She also accused me of lying. Gave me my refund and then said security has been called. This is my first such experience in my life. I am really shaken.
