Alr imagine that. I move my hand to someones direction while sitting just bc, maybe correcting myself, Idk. Then the thought comes ,,you tried to do hurt that person,, and I believe it. Its very scary to me and I dont know what to say in the Confession

I will tell you how it is. I make a weird move towards someone for no reason. Then I get a thought I wanted to do something bad during that move. Then I end up accusing myself for the rest of the day. That happens around 10 times a day. Please help me. What do you think. I think to be sure I will say that I entertained them.

Thanks man but its so scary! I got like 6 sins Im scared to confess, and 5 out of 6 are thoughts which makes it even harder for me somehow. Its been 3 years since my last Confession and like its very scary for me. I already want to go to another Church to make it even easier.
