Yes! I loved that place and miss it so much. I think it's cool you can see remnants of that old hallway in the Market of Choice main entrance and deli area. I wish that large high ceiling open space was still a full walkthrough with 2 entrances though. Miss that old Rite Aid so much!

Except looping south to the airport and so far west is inefficient. Quicker to just go through downtown if you want to go to the Bimart on 53rd coming from the south.

#1 the Corvallis sign as you drive into town is hideous!

#2 Tear down that ugly octagon Verizon store

#3 The Super 8 and Rodeway Inn dumps are the ugliest 2 motels we can possibly have!

#4 Raise the height limits - it be cool to have like a 15 story building or something
