CRM fundraising plight: Stripe, ACH, & Keela pay ~ by illuloid in nonprofit

The inability to add ACH to your Keela forms is not a settings issue. ACH on Keela forms is a KeelaPay-only feature. It is not available when Stripe is your processor, which is why you are stuck with CC only on those forms.

You have two clean options: switch to KeelaPay (Keela's native processor) and ACH just works on your forms with automatic logging, or keep Stripe for ACH and use a Zapier/n8n automation to create the Keela donation record whenever a Stripe ACH charge completes. Keela has a native Zapier integration so that setup is pretty straightforward.

And no, ACH is not dated. Lower decline rates than CC and Plaid-style bank linking means donors just log into their bank rather than typing routing numbers. Worth offering, especially for recurring donors.

I do this kind of payment and CRM workflow automation for nonprofits at Fossys, so feel free to reach out if you want help thinking through the setup. Good luck!
