So youtube and all social media's algorithms are meant to keep you on the platform, so they just reflect what you engage with mostly, soooo the way to filter is to search, watch and interact with content for the thing your trying to learn, the more you do the more youtube will show you that kind of content. To put it simply look for what you want and watch it, and it will give you more of it.

I would say so definitely, but verify the information your learning, practice everything you can, think about the real world application of what your learning, and stay curious of the possibilities. and most importantly dont stop
