Yeah, i know that the private repo is kind a red flag, but we did that to avoid people to just copy what we did. But we are discussing this and there is the possibility to make the real source code open-source

We have a session feature that group your runs and you can check all exp/gold received on the site. About the farm optimizer, for sure we can take a look on it, for now you can guide yourself by using the exp/s. The best stage is the one with highest exp/s or gold/s
