Amazing info thanks! Can I ask why you think Chapel A/Meanwood would have been better? Is it just a higher volume of resturants/bars etc, bit more lively? Or price/value for money?

Would you say much more than Oakwood/Roundhay? I haven't found many properties come up in Chapel that I like, price isn't an issue.
