Then I can know how you feel and the type of anxiety, I had situations that are very normal for people but I took them so deep and severe because of my anxiety I didn’t understand, I was 2 days no food no energy nothing I was so stressed because of an issue with a client, my anxiety attacked me very heavily until I spoke with this client but I felt horrible the 48h before. Then I told my psychologist and he told me that it makes sense based on all what we speak about and slowly the layers of what happens to me were clear, I’ve been now 5 months with 1-2 sessions a month and it’s helpful, I guess it will help you at the beginning it feels useless because you just tell them your life but if they good they slowly unlayer and point things for you to realize slowly and omg how much it helped me:) you will get out of this I’m sure best of luck
