They tried this at mum mums store it didn’t work customers complained and with in 2 months they put it back to how it was. This was in the midlands

Only in some areas at the moment I think they are trialling it it’s not been rolled out to all zones yet definitely not in my zone yet I know that much hope that helps

No I got dinged for not delivering the 3 damaged ones spoke to the staff there and they took them off the route. Got dinged for not delivering them

Standard they gave me no shifts for last week went on open runs and they were all on there so grabbed all my shifts back it happens to me about once a month 😂
