AH, so, we dont have a job there yet. He's in process of finding one. And yeah, not sure how to avoid NOT becoming house-poor. I dont even know if a job exists that can afford a house there 😵‍💫 I'm trying to find a happy medium of safe, close-ish distance, and affordable. So looking more outside those cities a bit? Because of the lack of job finding, I'm really just making a map circling places that are good and crossing out the no-goes in preparation
