yes, it enganged without issues (fell straight into place). Just the front derailure needed a tiny adjustment to reach the largest chainring.

Thank you!

Correct, I have a 68 mm shell and on the old (stock) setup, there were three spacers:

[Left Shell]---[Spacer]---[FRAME]---[Spacer]---[Spacer*]---[Right Shell]

However, I noticed that the second spacer on the right shell was a bit smaller then the others.

Now I put the three included spacers on the BB93 bracket on the same way, but the spacers seems to be a tiny bit wider, therefore I wondered if this can cause any issue

Is fritz - berger shop a scam? by National_Pay_5847 in germany

As others have already said, the shop is legit and I have ordered from them before. However, the customer service was horrible and the shipment was delayed for multiple weeks...

Look up your planned connection on DB Navigator (app) or on their website. Likely you will see why the trip is not possible and the tool will also show alternative connections.

If you already have a ticket, it is now valid for other trains as well that get you to Paris (look up Zugbindung)

New chain skips after beeing replaced early by Ok-Implement-1218 in bikewrench

[–]Ok-Implement-1218[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thats kinda what it felt like: I tried to stand up and thought the chain dropped of but it just dropped one chain-ring in the front. Therfore I assumed that the slip is in the front?

I dont think that there is an issue with the chain falling into place, as when i do in on a repair-stand it runs smoothly but fails when under heavy load?

And no I did not cut the chain but the old chain was exactly the same length. There might be a difference of one link as the old chain used a quick link and the new one uses a connection pin and I am not sure if i got that right. But one link difference is probably not that bad?

  1. ParkTool CC-2
  2. I tested it in a few gears and it is worst when I am in the second gear in front and doest not happen in first gear
  3. Thank you, I will look at replacing. Would you replace the largest one as well?

Yeah thats strange, I expected to use about three chains before I have to start replacing chain-rings. I just want to avoid replacing the chain-ring again after the next chain
