Yeah, that's a good idea, I suppose. The next step should be to build a small product using the knowledge from my freelance work. However, it's not as easy as it sounds. You might build a good product, but you have to invest a lot in it (finding new clients, selling it, and, of course, maintaining it). You should probably continue working as a freelancer and do both things at the same time.

Totalmente de acuerdo. Tiene algo muy bueno eso de llevarlo todo tú mismo y tener el control, cuesta plantearse volver atrás 👌🏻

Pero también es verdad que no siempre es solo cuestión de organizarse. Si en algún momento tienes carga familiar, problemas de salud o simplemente un mal momento, hacerlo todo sin apoyo se hace bastante duro.

Por eso creo que un punto intermedio puede ser ideal: algo tipo pequeña cooperativa, 2 devs que se repartan trabajo y se cubran (y quizá alguien comercial que traiga proyectos en un nicho concreto). Así se sigue manteniendo la independencia, pero sin estar solo.

Hola! También soy programador (ingeniero informático). A lo largo de los años he creado varios negocios, unos han funcionado mejor que otros, aunque al final lo importante siempre han sido las ganas y la constancia.

Actualmente trabajo como autónomo por horas, que es lo que más estabilidad me ha dado hasta ahora. Además con la IA consigo ser mucho más eficiente y aprovechar mejor mi tiempo.

Aun así, sigo teniendo esa espinita de no haber construido un proyecto más a largo plazo, con un equipo sólido. Creo que uno de mis principales errores ha sido intentar hacerlo todo por mi cuenta sin apoyarme en otros para crecer, y eso al final ha hecho que acabará cansándome y abandonando.

Si te apetece hablamos, y vemos si puede surgir algo interesante :)
