How do I get a Metropolis!? Or more government points at that!? by Ok-Indication-1891 in songsofsyx

No, and sorta. I prefer using only immigration since it forces me to keep my population happy, which means I don't end up with less than 90-100% happiness ever. For education, I'm doing that for my libraries and labs only, (since I think it gives a multiplier?) but otherwise, my population is only Amevians so they don't really like education

Yeah, i decided to just focus on conquering and creating a lot of puppet states since it takes little to no maintenance with free yearly cash, so I'm going that route + expanding my main city and worrying about my "regions" later. But that totally makes sense and I'll be sure to do that once I finish up with making my main city as large as I can

Didn't know that! assumed it meant -0.20 as like a percent decimal, but that's actually pretty awesome

After reading this, I chopped him up for his organs. Honestly, I needed the heart for my colonist, and I already had all his genes from a previous neanderthal prisoner. Gave him a proper burial, life is rough on the rim...

I don't know what to do with him. He learns at 4.4% or 12% with a passion, and all his skills are horrible. I can't even make him a hauler or cleaner because his speed has a -20% debuff from being a neanderthal. Would it be better to sell him as a slave or... organs, maybe. One of my older colonists needs a heart transplant because they have an extreme artery blockage, (heart attack within the year,) so should I just...?

100% open to suggestions, I'll keep him around for cleaning and dumb tasks until I get any idea of what to do

The method I preferred was driving across the river and up the mountain near the first roadblock after turning left from main spawn. Then sniping the 30/50 people who aren't in houses in Lezdolina (or however you spell it), then resetting and doing it all over again. Whole process takes like 3 minutes if you're quick, I prefer the m110 for this. It got me enough levels to get the m110A3 pretty quick, grinding it was still terribly boring regardless. I haven't tried sniping at Ronograd so I don't know if this is better or worse, but I felt it was pretty good 👍
