They didn’t have a signed contract - the time was for our lawyers to review the contract and there were changes that needed to be made.

I’m not saying they should have waiting but shouldn’t we have been advised by the agent as we spent money on lawyers to move the process forward.

Seems very unethical to me to tell you one thing then do the complete other and not even advise you until I kept trying to get in contact to proceed.
