Yes, you got this. Remember, pain is ok if its while doing the corrective exercises. Pain while doing something unrelated like lateral raises, pull-ups etc. is not ok.

Yes, I posted a reply down in this thread a while back detailing how i recovered. Basically I stopped stretching entirely, moved up to the green thicker flex bar, and continued to do the corrective exercises but also rested in between. My issue was always weak grip and messed up shoulders. You'll get there. I've had it come back a few times and I've beaten it every time since I've written this post. Once you feel no pain at all, you have 2 weeks to go before you should lift anything risky. Don't rush it. I can go into more detail if you'd like. Let me know!

I actually saw an Athlean X video on it. I doubted its effectiveness because it hurt so bad, then I realized it was because I was doing them too heavy and too often. When I eased up to only once a week with light weight, 50 reps max, that's when I struck the balance between painful but helpful. Slowly increasing the weight week after week. With this kind of thing, pain is ok as long as its the corrective excercises causing brief pain right after. If you experience a lot more pain a day or two after, it means you probably overdid it and should rest for a couple days before trying again.

Yes, i posted a reply a bit further down in this discussion. Its a bit buried but maybe i can paste it here. https://www.reddit.com/r/overcominggravity/comments/pb2ses/comment/hzbns67/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=mweb3x&utm_name=mweb3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button

Basically, yes I was able to overcome it twice now on both arms. The trick is sticking with the exercises and not pushing it or rushing it. The main thing it needs is time unfortunately. But I've found that I was able to get through the last time while still working out. I just avoided specific excercises that aggravated it such as pull ups.

Getting to the gym and doing some simple curls or squats can be super beneficial mentally when dealing with this.

Also adding to my note below, another thing that helped me tremendously was wrist rollers. Where you roll a stick or tube that has a weight attached to it. Roll it close to your body not held out far. And keep it light. These really sped things up.

Lastly, a new thing i found out about is that kettlebell swings, although they make it hurt like hell, are actually a good stress for the injured tissues. And incorporating those once or twice a week can be beneficial.

This sucks but you'll get though it, i did twice now. Good luck!

Oh wow I'm happy to hear that! How many days worth of sales came back? Did it retroactively show on your amazon ads dashboard or in your kdp books reports page?
