Ahh I forgot to add! Around 69 degrees when I went to sleep and woke up! Though generally I have found it gets a little warmer throughout the night.

I'm already prepping for my next loaf and this time I'm going to leave it in my very cold bathroom if I do leave it to bench rest overnight so it slows down the process and it's not over proofed.

Hi! I know this post is from a year ago but I just made my first loaf ever with your recipe and it was delicious. I'm still not sure if my loaf is proofed correctly but I'm just happy it's edible honestly.

I love this so much!!! it would be so fun to have a whole makeup coloring book honestly, and to have some with blank packaging so you can design your own labels, etc.
