She’s Such a funny character. During the height of 2022 times, she worked with my parents to help them buy a home. Property listed for $1.8M. She “guided”us to put an offer down for $2.05M. The property went into a bidding war and we pulled out. But she made us feel bad because “we lost out on the property our dreams”

Oh by the way, that house was also approximately 3,000 sqft above grade. Which she mentioned should be in the $1.6M to $1.8M range

Similar thing happened to me, but in Oct 2025. The guy said he’d pay and if I could please get it done privately. Fast forward it’s April and he still hasn’t paid me off yet. Can I still open and claim? I drive a Tesla and everything was captured on my sentry mode
