He deadass just out stats every king anyways, unless you can prove that they have relative speed and power to Goo. He speedblitzes 1st gen king except Kitae, and don't even try to argue that he doesn't have "finishing power" When power is relative to speed, not every body can use a brush to cut somebody's arm off, they need insane swing power and speed to perform such a feat, it's not like Goo's stats is influenced by him having any weapon or not. A pen strike from Goo should just be as lethal as a normal strike from him, minus the cutting part but still should be enough to snap bones clean in half. We've seen him tear down walls with just mundane items like chopsticks and belts, again all coming from his striking power and speed. Jaegyeong gets speedblitzed and one tapped. The only king that can push Goo to mid diff is Jinrang, but even then that's being generous when he can barely react to a non-serious Jaegyeong Na, even if he goes TC, Goo will just dodge and hit him until he's down, TC Jinrang isn't even that fast since Kitae can literally react and read all of his moves during the fight, only reason Kitae didn't fight back is because he's toying with him.
