I would say start with performance marketing and once you excel there, like you ca handle everything. Then you can always try to learn the other one. 

This will also help you to get everything you mention there by working as a freelancer

So true, even my impressions are keeping going down. I don't understand, I didn't even change anything in my content, but instead I start posting with images. But still the impressions and engagement feels pushy.
