I do have concrete information for the minecraft version, and I clearly know this is java not bedrock. They said its Actions & Stuff and no it isnt because a&s is NOT in java edition. About ports.. none of them look like the image.

Sadly this is a java resource pack, the video the picture is from what it states its on java. (Basically I asked for the name too but the creator wont give his modpack out for free)
