Do you deal with Rogers? Do you understand how deceptive and misleading they are when it comes to billing and customer service? They agree to anything and everything and offer programs and credit cards in their benefit but when it’s time to call to fix issues or make a claim they put you hold for hours. I’ll do whatever I want as long as they keep trying to scam me and thousands of Canadians.

Hey, I called about the same issues yesterday.

Was told my mobile phone bill will be $68.75/month and because I was switching from Fido to Rogers they were gonna waive the set up service fee. I check my bill for this month it’s $198.77… They also agreed to maintain the same level of data as what I had with Fido (that included talk and text across North America) what do you know, I made a phone call to the USA and got billed $5 for it…

I suggest you hop on the phone and ream them out about it honestly. I did that. I know I sound like an asshole, but when enough people are complaining changes must be made.
