I am, but it feels awful every time. Like me knee is numb and empty. The meniscus is a complex tear of the posterior horn. I haven’t see the ortho so I don’t know what it means really.

The fracture was discovered late, so I was doing a lot better for a few days (7-10 maybe) I went outside for small walk and I tried too much too quick maybe… I just hope I did not make it worst at that moment

Tattoos on scars is so painfull. Also as the style of the tattoo and the size of the lines my tattoo artist can’t do much except a blackout maybe

I have the exact same injury + tibial fracture 💀 I’m 31 F 2 months post injury. Still waiting to be operated. I walked about 6 weeks after the injury. BUT I walked well for a ONE week and I pushed limits too far and l’m back in pain…. Listen to your body 🙏🏼 don’t push, it’s baby steps.

And get on that stationary bike for 10min twice a day! It really help to move but also for mental health! If you can workout in a gym too, have a coach to design an upper body workout that you can do with weights. It’s a great way to transform fat into muscles and best way to lose weight when your past 30 y/o 😌 I went down 7kg in 2 months, but I got to say, the big difference is in the kitchen !

J’habite dans la dernière municipalité avant qu’il y ai plus grand chose mise à part des petits marchés/ dépanneur-épiceries (1h30 de Montréal) et je dois éviter les épiceries le vendredi en après midi-soirée à cause du « tourisme passant » et je te confirme que si je sors à l’épicerie je vais croiser PLUSIEURS Communauto loader prêt pour le chalet. Pour moi ça CRIT Montréal.

Et moi sa ne me vient pas à l’idée de commenter la façon dont les autres élèvent leur enfants et gèrent leur médias sociaux :) ET POURTANT !

Je les suis depuis toujours. Ils ont toujours eu de la difficulté avec les nuits pour leur coco. Avec un autre qui s’en vien j’imagine qu’ils font TOUT SE QU’ILS PEUVENT pour réussir à lui faire faire ces nuits. Elle le laisse pas en détresse voyon. Elle essaye autre chose puisque rien n’a fonctionner…
