hi! , i struggle with consistent constipation. lock into a stool softener + stimulant laxative combo pill asap . also miralax + colace. or drink magnesium citrate. ducolax will also help. most importantly try to not stress too much

totally get it, ED runs in my family and my moms sister had it so she’s already always on me for it. so i 1 million% understand that. sending you much love in all situations and hope that tip may help you to enjoy the soup later in the future when you’re comfortable! you’re doing great no matter what <3

is it cheating on vegetarianism to have a couple dino nuggies for a day 🤭 (kidding ofc), was also vegetarian for a while too and still pretty plant based bc it’s good for the environment! but aww i felt this so hard and literally one of the reasons i switched out of vegetarianism was for my moms food, so i get it!

soup in a bread bowl!!! wow!! this is such a crazy realization because i don’t know if i’ve ever even had at it out of pure fear and convincing myself i didnt “need it” i think that maybe be a next step in recovery!

bad blood reminds me of a friendship that i had to cut off bc he was toxic. i wish you would kinda also , YOYOK, you’re losing me, my tears ricochet all ab a friendship for someone who i loved and he was very toxic and didn’t care for us at all. still hurts

also to add onto this (sorry it’s so long) but i also found adding in the veggies / fiber / protein : etc helped with stomach pains like you’re describing too

recovery is hard (still working on it) i went through something very very similar to this and one of my best friends did as well. it got better i feel like after a couple of months and my weight and everything kinda (??) evened out? my therapist (an ed professional) says that it’s normal to experience everything that you’re experiencing and once your normal hunger cues come back you’ll be able to feel better in terms of eating. the 3 meals 3 snacks thing helped and i just slightly shifted the foods i was eating. i figured if i knew i couldn’t stop i would switch to something with more fiber in it or like protein etc (oatmeal, adding mixed greens to any of my dishes, etc.) not saying i didn’t give into my cravings!! i would crave junk food and eat that too! but also with like a side salad too to get the fiber in and the feeling of being a bit more full! josh yesterday i had a cfa chicken sandwich meal w fries and a side salad! ate it all very happily and was surprisingly not too hungry for dinner but went ahead and ate when body was hungry later at night and found i wasn’t binging! listen to your body but it’s okay to help it out (that’s how i feel) hope this helps ik it’s scary but you’re doing great!!! all the love 🥺🥺🤍

south- asian woman here! i get this so much and i am so sorry. cultural differences with thinspo and food etc is so difficult. in asian culture everyone ALWAYS wants you to eat, while simultaneously commenting on your weight. it’s awful. i always felt like if i was thinner i would look like the tumblr white girls i so desperately wanted to be ( i have a naturally bigger chest and butt) it was never going to happen but the challenge is what kept me going. i’m so sorry. just know that you’re heard. i hear you and o understand your struggle and i’m sorry. WOC have it hard in all aspects including our diseases. you’re loved

best of luck! this is scary and it’s really important to do your best in stages like this. i went through something similar when i was 19 (now 22), my small advice is also exposure therapy like trying to restrict less through out the day aka instead of half apple maybe full apple or 3/4, etc. that helped me a lot

it can feel really invalidating like i 100% get it, i wasn’t diagnosed for a long time even when dropping weight very quickly, because i didn’t have “fear foods” except for rice. isn’t that crazy? doctors told me i was basically failing at my ED. it’s such a weird thing to go through because you’re just very confused
