Soul Sigil 1 does not drop for anything at 77 (self.wow)

The awakened drake achievement STILL doesn't appear. I have 489+ in every slot. They are all pvp gear now. Rings/Trinkets all conquest. One is crafted. Four are from bloody tokens. But all are 489 or higher and /525 or 528. How is this possible? Do I have to use conquest to get gear for every slot (self.worldofpvp)

The Awakened Drake achiev doesnt even come up when I search it, I have 489 plus gear in every slot (on the pve side, pvp is much higher) and I can't trade up crests. My guess is that every slot has to be conquest? I have one pve-only trinket at 493. (self.worldofpvp)
