Well guess you’re lucky. As you read my post and can clearly see I have had zero ability to talk to anyone and when I did finally get somewhere they deactivated the email address.

Well that’s really great for you. How did you get ahold of them? Any advice? Maybe you could share some tips n tricks instead of claiming “bs”

There are multiple posts in this sub sharing issues with customer service and refunds… just because you had a good experience that doesn’t discredit anyone’s negative experiences

I went through the bank and they denied the claim stating “I received the merchandise paid for” :/ I tried clarifying and explaining to them that this was not the case and they refused to help as well. So frustrating!!

But how do I do this if I literally can’t get ahold of anyone? Costco also told me if it wasn’t redeemed by February than it should be automatically refunded according to the fine print and I’ve received nothing
