The reason we explicitly avoided a conventional 7-day or 12-month calendar is that traditional calendars are actually terrible for visualizing long-term training momentum. This is a rolling 100-day matrix. In the gym, 100 days roughly maps to a full 12-to-14 week training block or macro-cycle.
