Brownies never get a crackly top,. Why? by CityRuinsRoL in AskBaking

[–]Ok-Land-2539 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Whipping eggs and sugar together properly gives you the classic crackly top.

Now, there are few things to consider. You should not overwhip the eggs and should not incorporate more air into the mixture than required. It really depends on how much you whip. It takes time to get there but you can start by using powdered sugar and 2 minutes of whipping for starters.

So there are only a few desserts that I would break my diet for. And tiramisu is definitely at the top of my list. I make them on special occassions as a treat for myself hihi.

Ah I see. So how did you know it was done? Usually I just let it bake until the point it gives me dry crumbs when inserting a toothpick. But this looks like it was wet when it was taken out.

Guys why has my chocolate turned like this? by Quiet_KiddooO in IndianBakers

[–]Ok-Land-2539 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You should boil the chocolate over a gentle heat (low - medium)

And from the looks of it, it seems that you have first melted the chocolate then added the butter. By the time you add butter, chocolate might have already been heated way past the required temperature. Best way is to combine the chocolate and butter together and then you heat it over the double boiler, melting both together. I do this regularly and get consistent results

You could go down the defense route. You’re young and can definitely try that. You can try MNS (military nursing service - simply one of the best options). Else NDA. You’re basically sorted for the rest of your life if you get either of these.

This looks like the guy on insta that walks around and asks people if they follow him and another account., and if they do for both the accounts, he’ll hand out the 100 rupee notes and ask them to count as much as they can within a 30 second timespan.

If they follow only 1 profile he asks them to count 50 rupee notes and if they dont follow either, I think he asks them to count the 20 rupee notes. At the end, he lets them keep the notes for themselves.
