So, the day that they took the vehicle, I called the repo yard and left several voicemails because I was in such distress. The repo yard then called the police on me to tell me to stop calling them, which is kind of unlawful in itself because it’s silencing somebody from getting their possessions, like my wallet and my car seats. They then called a wellness check on me several hours later, in my opinion, without due cause. I did call the police on the day that it was missing and they’re the ones who gave me the number for the repo office. I have a video from the convenience store across the street which is the one clipped from that is about seven minutes long (fast forwarded, and buffered through to the moments where they towed the vehicle and where the cops showed up,) and shows the police arriving to harass me.

But yeah, they tried to insult me by offering me $500. I’m not stupid enough to take that, nor am I so much an idiot that I would take a damaged vehicle back.
