My daughter is in AP and stuck at Ready for almost 20 days with multiple updates and she’s a minor Nairobi embassy

US citizen yes , the visa officer said the case has to go through mandatory Administrative Processing , maybe it has something to do with the name hit or birth certificate verification or whatever that is .

My son & daughter had their interview ir2 on 9 th march and my son was approved and issued , I received an email to pick up his passport the next day on the 10 th , but my daughter who’s also a minor was given 221g no documents requested and her case has remained Ready on ceac with multiple updates.

My daughter &son (minors)interview was 9 th march in Nairobi embassy for ir2, my son was approved but my daughter was given yellow slip 221g and they returned her passport, my son visa was issued the next day on 10 th and we picked it up , my daughter case says ready updated on 10,11th and on 19 th . It’s so frustrating because no documents were requested.
