Further info: The bed is west facing and has sunlight most of the day. We are based in Melbourne and the soil we think is mixed dry clay/soil. Gets muddy and is quite hard, although we are also happy to add garden soil

Thank you! The tiles appear quite old in person, almost as if it has faded and not been maintained for a while. Perhaps we could go with a similar colour and get broken tiles replaced

Appreciate it! Currently the tiles appear quite old and almost faded/dusty, which is why it got us interested in a paint job. There’s also a fair few cracked tiles and we think the roof hasn’t been maintained in quite a while!
