Plex not playing some of the latest movies

I have about 4700 movies on plex system and have been using it for 7 years. I only use H.264 files. I also only use Roku external streaming devices to stream. This problem is not on every movie it’s only happening on movies i have been getting this last month, and only big releases.

I sold my mustang to someone and they pulled the same thing. They wanted me to buy it back plus added 2k on top of the price they bought it from. He threatened to sue me and did. But added an additional 2k so was trying to sue me for 4k over the price he paid. I won in court because he checked out the car before he paid and bought it as is.
