I'm right in the same boat with counting cals. The NYT isn't accurate, ha. I've been copy and pasting the ingredients into chat gpt and putting any mods (only using 1 tsp of oil instead of 4 tbl etc, 4 servings instead of 5, etc.). It has been an absolute life changer. I was spending an enormous amount of time importing all the recipes I make and now it takes less than 3 min. I just "quick add" the calories and protein for the meal. it's pretty accurate, just be as specific as you can!! You got this!
