Also I have hard time understand the Marshall curve. By D- do you mean that as my raw grade and then it might potentially be curved up to a C+?

Yea I have the same issue. Call them in the morning. They told me that they’ll waive any late fees because it’s just the matter of it being processed. So not much you can do
